At SkyRain Cloud, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
# 1. Game Hosting Refund Policy
SkyRain Cloud offers a 24-hour refund window on Game Hosting services only, subject to the following conditions: - Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service activation. - A valid and genuine reason must be provided for the refund request. - The issue must relate to service performance, technical faults, or failure to deliver the service as described. - Refunds will not be granted if the service has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
# 2. No Refund on VPS / VDS / Dedicated Services
All payments made for the following infrastructure-based services are strictly non-refundable once the service has been provisioned or activated: - VPS (Virtual Private Servers) - VDS (Virtual Dedicated Servers) - Windows RDP (Remote Desktop Services) - Web Hosting (Shared/Professional/Enterprise) - Dedicated Servers & Custom Renders - Add-on Licenses & IP Allocations These services involve immediate, dedicated resource reservation and administrative setup costs; therefore, no full or partial refunds are provided for these categories under any circumstances.
# 3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will be explicitly denied in the following scenarios: - Change of intent or "no longer needed" status post-purchase. - Lack of technical proficiency or inability to configure the service. - Poorly optimized website code, script errors, or CMS-level issues (Web Hosting). - User-side misconfiguration of RDP environments or automation tools. - Disruptive behavior, abuse, or any violation of the Company’s TOS or FUP. - Localized downtime caused by 3rd party plugins, modpacks, or external API failures. - Failure to submit a request within the 24-hour mandatory window for Game Hosting.
# 4. Refund Request Process
All approved refunds are subject to a mandatory deduction of payment gateway fees, processing charges, and applicable transaction taxes. SkyRainCloud.in is not liable for non-refundable commissions retained by third-party payment processors. 10. Refund Method & Discretion At the Company's sole and absolute discretion, approved refunds may be issued in the form of Account Credit rather than a direct payment reversal. Account credits are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. 11. Liability & Governing Law The Company’s total liability regarding refund disputes shall not exceed the amount paid in the last billing cycle. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Continuing to use the service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of these terms.
# 5. Policy Updates
SkyRain Cloud reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
# 6. Payment Gateway Fees
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting any applicable payment gateway, transaction, or processing fees. SkyRain Cloud is not responsible for non-refundable fees charged by payment providers.
# 7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting SkyRain Cloud support first may result in immediate suspension of all services. Chargebacks filed on non-refundable services will be contested, and the client may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
# 8. Abuse & Fair Usage
Refunds will not be granted if service degradation is caused by abuse, excessive resource usage beyond allocated limits (including RDP automation abuse, Web Hosting script abuse, and VPS/VDS resource exhaustion), or activities that violate our Fair Usage Policy or Terms of Service.
# 9. External & Force Majeure Events
SkyRain Cloud is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to data center outages, network failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or government actions. Such events do not qualify for refunds.
# 10. Refund Method
At our discretion, approved refunds may be issued as account credit instead of a direct payment refund. Account credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
# 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
