# 1. Introduction
By accessing or using the services provided by SkyRainCloud.in (hereinafter “the Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company and apply to all infrastructure and hosting services, including but not limited to: Minecraft Hosting, VPS (Virtual Private Servers), VDS (Virtual Dedicated Servers), Dedicated Servers, Windows RDP (Remote Desktop Services), Web Hosting, and all related technical infrastructure. Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward staff, representatives, or other customers is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate, permanent termination without refund.
# 2. Refund Policy
SkyRainCloud.in maintains a strict refund policy to ensure resource availability for all clients. Refunds are exclusively provided within 24 hours of the initial purchase for Game Hosting (Minecraft) services only. All other infrastructure-based services—including but not limited to VPS, VDS, Dedicated Servers, Windows RDP, and Web Hosting—are strictly non-refundable once activated. Taxes and gateway/processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any qualifying refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. All refunds are eligible only after deducting currency exchange costs and applicable administrative taxes. Refunds are strictly denied if: • The 24-hour window for Minecraft hosting has elapsed • The refund request is based on the service no longer being needed • Any policy or term within this agreement has been violated • The issue is related to third-party software or user configuration rather than our infrastructure
# 3. Disputes & Chargebacks
Chargebacks result in service suspension and data loss. Always open a support ticket first. We will respond to payment providers with full evidence.
# 4. Credits
Non-refundable and usable only within SkyRain Cloud. Misuse may result in credit removal and/or penalties. Transfers require a support request.
# 5. Usage Policy & Abuse
The hosting of cracked, pirated, or unlicensed software is strictly forbidden. Users may not host illegal, malicious, or adult content without prior authorization. Resource abuse (CPU, disk I/O, or network bandwidth) that impacts system stability is prohibited. Any attempted exploitation of Company infrastructure will result in permanent termination. RDP & Web Hosting Specific Prohibitions: (a) Windows RDP misuse, including automation farms, mass scraping, botting, or brute-force activity is strictly prohibited; (b) Web Hosting misuse, including phishing, spam relaying, or hosting illegal repositories, will result in immediate suspension without refund.
# 5.1 Harassment, Abusive Language & Swearing
Any form of harassment, threats, abusive language, or swearing directed toward SkyRain Cloud staff, representatives, or other customers is strictly prohibited. This includes communications in support tickets, live chat, Discord, email, social media, or any other channel managed by SkyRain Cloud. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: repeated insults, threats, sexually explicit harassment, hate speech, targeted doxxing attempts, or any message intended to intimidate or humiliate our staff or other users. Consequences: Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, without prior notice, and without access to stored data. SkyRain Cloud reserves the right to retain logs and evidence of abusive behaviour and to provide those records to payment processors, law enforcement, or other parties as required.
# 6. Minecraft Hosting
Not affiliated with Mojang/Minecraft. We do not support: • Plugin or modpack config • Cracked server jars • Custom maps/datapacks We do support: Startup issues Crash support Panel/connection/setup help
# 6.1 RDP Services
SkyRainCloud.in provides Windows RDP for remote work, software development, and professional connectivity. Acceptable use is limited to professional and development tasks that do not exceed allocated resource thresholds. Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly forbidden from operating automation farms, browser farms, scraping bots, or cryptocurrency mining operations. mass account creation or non-professional automated tasks are prohibited. Resource Management: Excessive resource usage that negatively impacts host machine performance or other users will lead to immediate throttling or suspension without prior notice.
# 6.2 Web Hosting
Web Hosting services are provided for the professional hosting of websites and web applications only. Prohibited Conduct: Phishing, hosting illegal content, spam repositories, or using web accounts for general/bulk file storage (CDN-like usage) is strictly prohibited. Scripts & Traffic: Any script or application that generates excessive load or outbound traffic volumes exceeding fair use will be permanently suspended. Responsibility for website security and script updates lies solely with the customer.
# 7. Discord Support
Follows SkyRain and Discord's terms. Rule violations = support denial or ban. See Section 5.1 for harassment policy and consequences. Inactive tickets close after 24 hours.
# 8. Account Responsibility
Keep your account secure. We are not responsible for user-side breaches.
# 9. Legal Jurisdiction
Governed under the laws of India. Disputes handled in courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
# 10. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested through our official Discord: https://dsc.gg/skyrain-cloud Requests should be made at least 5 days before the next renewal to avoid being charged. Unpaid or overdue services may be deleted without recovery.
# 11. Backups & Data Loss
Users bear final and absolute responsibility for data security and backups. This includes Minecraft world data, VPS/VDS kernel configurations, Windows RDP file systems, and Web Hosting databases. The Company implements RAID and internal disaster recovery measures, but shall not be held liable for data loss due to user error, hardware failure, or external attacks. We strongly recommend maintaining external, off-site backups at all times.
# 12. Public Defamation & Misinformation
Public misinformation or false claims may lead to suspension or legal action. Use support channels for feedback or complaints.

# 14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the client dashboard or email. Continued use of Company services following such updates constitutes your absolute acceptance of the revised Terms. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the last single billing cycle of the service in question. Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: upstream network outages, data center failures, DDoS attacks exceeding mitigation capacity, natural disasters, or government directives. Right to Suspend: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service immediately and without prior notice if, at our sole discretion, we believe a user has violated these terms or poses a security risk to our infrastructure.
